Edita Group plc has sold its subsidiary Edilex Lakitieto Oy to Alma Media Corporation. The transaction will bring a new, comprehensive provider of legal content services to Finland. As a result of the transaction, Edilex Lakitieto Oy will become part of the Alma Marketplaces segment’s Legal Insights unit, whose service offering consists of digital legal information services. The product and service offerings of the parties’ complement each other well. Together, they can offer the most comprehensive suite of legal content services in Finland.
